Re: Casio PRG-40
Na jednom stranom forumu uspeo sam da pronađem ovaj info...
Cons:
- Well its biggest one is that it runs on 4 batterys and has no solar. So battery exchange is quite expensive.
- It was released on the market in late 2000 and as such it is not the latest version of the sensor technology so it is slighly more inaccurate then latest generation PAW-1300 and PAW-1500. But it is for the most part accurate enough.
- The bezel ring turns a little to easy and dont have those distinct clicks.
- The EL light turns on a little to short I think, 1 sec more would have been better. Not a major issue but still worth mentioning.
- Big and chunky; it will not likely fit under the sleeve of any dress shirt you own.
- No worldtime or dual time. It may not be important for you, but it's something I need.
Pros:
- Affordable. It's the 'bottom of the line' ProTrek, so it has one of the lowest prices.
- Big and chunky; it has lots of wrist 'presence' and lots of 'character'.
- The most legible, highest contrast display (on par with the similarly excellent display of my new Gulfman GW-9100), and has a higher contrast display and whiter background than the PRG-80 or DW-5600e that I own.
- Great looking and HUGE(might be seen as a con by some but I like em big), the green one has been given the nickname "Landmine" here on the forum.
- Its an ABC watch, no ABC G-Shock exist yeat.
- Its very durable! its not to far from G-Shocks, its durable enough for most people.
