Solution: Call it GS and remove the Seiko name
Personally, based on their higher standards, I would rather spend $6k on a Grand Seiko than on a "high-end" Swatch (i.e. Tag, Omega, and many others...), since most expensive Swiss watches are powered ETA movements (owned by Swatch), which follow a lower standard of accuracy.
However, I am truly in awe of propaganda and in how good the Swiss are in convincing the sheeple of "high" standards with highly paid ambassadors who know little about making amazing watches (tennis players and popular actors???)
So, I believe that if Grand Seiko wants to sell in higher volumes to the sheep, they really should rename their brand to something like "GS" and drop the "seiko" association (like Toyota-Lexus)
