UTS 4000 Professional

To Whom It May concern:

I have seen this beautiful watch:UTS 1000m GMT (with diver's bezel) on your
website and I am interested in couple of things: You've stated that watch
case at bezel is 43mm, but I would like to know what is the total size of the case-crown
including? I'm asking that since I have 18cm wrist size (sligthly above 7
inches), so my concern is that watch doesn't look too bulky on my wrist. My
second question is regarding lugs, can I interchange some other straps
(e.g. NATO) beside regular bracelet/strap that comes with the watch? And
last but not the least, what is the price of this watch? And do you offer
some discounts? I'm Serbian resident, so I guess that I am VAT/Tax
excluded. Thank you for your kind and quick response.

Dear Mr.Zivkovic

thanks for your interest in UTS watches which are designed and manufactured in my factory in Germany. The GMT 1000 is Euro 2500. UPS shipment to Serbia is no problem , charge is roughly Euro 50. For export outside Europe , the german VAT of 19% can be deducted.
You can add any 22mm straps , also NATO straps. Because of small gap between spring bar and lug , the NATO strap is little bit difficult however with 1,5mm insted of 1,8mm spring bar it works without big problem. The case in 42mm the bezel is 43mm. The lugs are screwed on under 45 degree , means the watch sits also perfectly on smaller wrists. 18cm wrist is normal and not small and the GMT 1000 will match perfectly.
Payment by bankwiring before shipment is required. Deliverytime is approx 1-2 weeks.

Ih,pa ovo su normalna pitanja- takav i odgovor!
Ja mislio da s' ga pit'o za broj lične i visinu ličnog dohodka,eventualno dali ima šćer za udaju!

Pošalji ta pitanja na sajt neke malo veće firme, dobićeš ga-pa recimo, za minimum tri meseca a možda ni tad kao što se meni desilo sa TH, još su mi dotični i izbrisali pitanje, valjda ih bilo sramota što koriste Selitu a krste je kao neki Calibre. ;) Ovaj čovek mi je odgovorio u roku od 24h-ljubazno i profesionalno, svaka mu čast.

Znam. Slao sam Omegi i Seiku. Nisu baš bila 3mj ali ni 24h! Mada im ne zamjerim jer garant dobiju višu upita nego UTS!

Jeste da dobiju vise poruka, ali verovatno i vise ljudi odgovara na njih:)

Pa da nemaju više ljudi zaduženih za to,ne bi dobili odgovore godinama!
Izađi na ulicu pa pitaj nekog dali je čuo za UTS! Ondaj pitaj za Seiko ili Omegu.
Ne mogu se oni porediti.

Razumljivo je da dobijaju mnogo vise poruka.

Pohvalno je kada dobiješ takav brz odgovor od šefa ali to istovremeno znači da trenutno nema drugog posla nego da odgovara na mailove.

Vece firme imaju drugaciji sistem podrske preko maila ili telefona. Jedna grupa pitanja se odnose na klasicnu podrsku u vezi koriscenja/problema sa proizvodom a druga, na koja redje odgovaraju ili su odgovori genericki, su informacije o trenutnim ili, ne daj Boze, buducim proizvodima. Na ovo drugo, logicno, obicno nema odgovora.
